Faq’s

1. What are your business hours?
I have arranged my business hours to fit around my family’s schedule. Currently I am designing Tuesday – Friday from 1:00pm – 5:00pm. I am closed Saturday-Monday and will usually return any emails received on my days off first thing Tuesday Morning.
2. How long will it take for you to complete my design?
Blog and Web Design turnaround times vary based on customization needs of client, timely response to emails and the scope of each project. The estimated design time can vary from 1 week to 3 weeks based on client design needs.

3. Can I speak to you on the phone to discuss my design?
My preferred form of communication is through email, however we may also discuss your project via Skype. Please contact me via email to set up a Skype Appointment.

4. Do I have to pay for my design upfront?
Yes, all designs must be paid before the actual designing begins. You will receive a PayPal invoice for the full amount and given a start date. Once we receive your payment your design start date is reserved. If you need a payment plan please email me so we discuss options.

5. Do you do giveaways?
I currently am not doing any giveaways.

6. Can I advertise my business on your site?
I currently am accepting applications for advertisement on this site. Ads must be related to design. I have the right to refuse offering ad space to a business that does not complement the purpose of this site. Please use my contact form to request further information.

7. Do you give refunds?
Due to the nature of design work, time spent on the project consulting & creating with and for clients it is not feasible to offer refunds. It’s important for clients to not only be aware of this specific condition but also to agree to it BEFORE making any payments.
