I’m starting to think about Valentine’s Day already….I know, I know I’m rushing things a bit aren’t’ I? I love the chapter of the Bible found in 1 Corinthians 13 that describes what LOVE is.
It’s easy to first think of love as the butterflies you feel in your stomach when you’re around that special someone or thinking of it as just feelings. The longer I live and from just experiencing marriage I realize how LOVE is so much deeper than the pitter patter of my heart towards my honey, it really comes down to daily day to day things like doing something nice for him regardless of how I feel it’s shown when he’s not around and making sure that I’m not putting him down in front of my friends . LOVE is patient, kind, not self-seeking, not easily angered and keeps no record of wrong- that’s just a few of the things you read about love in scripture. Well I thought a good reminder of that verse could be summarized in the following little freebie below:

>It’s always to find great design freebies out there on the web. I thought this week I’d share with you some of the great freebies that are out there.
One of my favorite places to purchase really cute and creative design is from MyGrafico.com. If you haven’t stopped by yet do so today…but be warned you be tempted to buy some cute stuff.
One of the great freebies can be found at MyGrafico and is created by Shery K Designs. These digital papers can be used for scrapbooking, making cards and lots of other great things. Make sure to read her terms of use before using. Here is what the digital papers look like:
The lastest Christmas Freebie from me is a Christmas Card Template. This Design is available in 3 different sizes: 4×8, 5×7, 6.5×7. The white area is transparent so all you need to do is place the card design in front of the your picture and then size it to fit the framed area. I recommend using Pixlr.com as a photo editing program. Pixlr is free and doesn’t have to be downloaded to your computer to use. To download just click on the card and then right click and save to your computer. Make sure to save as a PNG file.
>So I guess I’m bypassing Halloween and Thanksgiving and diving into Christmas already! I was so excited to share with you a mini digital Christmas kit I was working on a few weeks ago…unfortunately I somehow deleted that kit I worked on and had to start over.
Well I finally finished up a fun little Digital Christmas Scrapbook Kit that you can use for anything you can think of. These fun designs can be used for you online scrapbooks, blog, invitations etc…
Let me know what you think of it or if there are any glitches in the download. This is my first kit so all of this is new to me. You can use this kit for personal or commercial use. The only requests I have is that you do not repackage the designs or try to sell them. Also please refer other to the download link on THIS site. Thanks for respecting my terms!

I have some pre-made labels with various wording or you can just download the blank one and add your own text using a photo editing program. I recommend using Pixlr.com if you don’t own a photo editing program. Great thing about Pixlr.com is that it’s free.
To download these labels just right click and save to your computer.
Then follow the directions I used in my last post to help you with editing them.

Here are some fun freebies for you to change up the look of your current blog. You can use this free blog header for personal use only (the actual header is bigger than what you see here). I will post matching sidebar labels for you to upload and use on my next post. To save this header to your computer all you need to do is click on the image itself, it will then open in another window. Right click image and save.
Here is a sample of how you can place your blog name and tagline. To personalize this free blog header you just need to go to Pixlr.com and click on edit image. Don’t worry you don’t have to download any program to use this free Photo editing program. To personalize this header:
1. Click on Open Photo Editor
2. Click Open Image from Computer
3. Choose file titled SSD Floral Header Blank
4. Click on the Type Tool located on the tool bar (left side of screen)
5. Type your blog title into text box choose your font, font size and color.
6. Use the Move Tool to move your header name to where you want it.
7. Repeat steps 4-6 if you are inserting a tagline.
8. Go to File and choose Save. You can rename and save your personalized header onto your computer.
9. Go to your blogger dashboard and upload your new header. That’s it!
